Racking New & Used
The right racking system is dependent on various factors such as size and weight of items being stored, length x width x height of the area allotted for product storage and the method of putting away items.
Selective Racking: offers maximum accessibility while at the same time the least amount of storage capacity.
Drive-In Racking: offers less accessibility because it is a first pallet in last pallet out also requiring drivers to enter the system to access pallets. it does offer far more storage capacity.
Pushback Racking: offers less accessibility because it is a first pallet in last pallet out but does not require the driver to enter the system to access pallets this system also offers more storage capacity.
Pallet Flow Racking: offers the least amount of accessibility because pallets are loaded at one end and offloaded at the other end, the system does offer the maximum storage capacity.
